This was apparently a strong reason why they didn&#039;t want student housing there--less foot traffic for existing and future businesses during the summer time. I guess they found a workaround for their little problem.
Sounds like they&#039;re still getting most of what they wanted.
I&#039;m still not clear, are they still wanting 6-8 storey buildings? If so, that means they probably want more commercial space in the bottom part. Not a great idea, IMO.</description>
