		<description>The wood-frame maximum is still 6 storeys, it&#039;s only in the University Boulevard area that a consideration of 8 storeys will be entertained, and that is because they will be concrete buildings. BC Building Code prohibits wood-frame buildings being taller than 6 storeys.</description>
