		<description>Thanks for the update Neal.  I disagree with the decision that the CIS made.  The CIS already accepts dual membership for NAIA so I think it should have followed precedent.  Secondly, I don&#039;t think it would hurt the CIS if a few big schools like UBC and SFU had dual membership in the NCAA and CIS.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This will make UBC&#039;s decision much harder.  The move into NCAA will now leave all of the men&#039;s hockey players looking for a new university because most of them have already played in the Western Hockey League which makes them ineligible for the NCAA.</description>
